It was in an ideal and easy location near to the mountains near Keswick, the Dales and the Lake District and the motorway exit. Besides, a multi - purpose stadium was 2 km away from the venue.

We enjoyed rooms with a tv in the bedroom. The breakfasts here were savoury and great with filter coffee and amazing local sausages, as for instance.

The family room was spacious and well-appointed, easily accommodating my needs during my work trip. I had an excellent sleep on the very comfy bed, and the bathroom was clean with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was a delight, served in lovely china with excellent quality ingredients. The location was easy to find, even in the dark. The overall experience was warm and cute, with attentive hosts who really cared about their guests.

Comfy beds providing excellent sleep. Fresh, clean shower in the well-maintained bathroom adds a nice touch to the overall experience.
Rooms feel cramped with low seating unsuitable for adults. The decor shows signs of wear, including scuff marks on the walls and a blemish on the ceiling above the bed. Inadequate drink facilities with no water or snacks available, and noise from barking dogs disrupts the peace at night.

The staff was OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING, the room was new-fashioned and compact with large tv. It was next to Coast, and the lakes and the yorkshire dales, lovely and excellent location overall. Everything met what we needed, I would stay here again.

Had a great stay at The Old School! The family room was spacious with comfy bunk beds, ideal for me and my teens. Breakfast served in lovely china was a good touch. There were a couple of minor noise distractions during the night, but overall, we enjoyed it!

The breakfast was a standout, with local ingredients and served in generous portions. The views from the place are really good, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience.
The single room was a bit cramped and could really use some sprucing up. Worn carpets and outdated decor caught my eye right away. There were issues with cleanliness, too, like dirty bed sheets upon arrival. Some rooms felt claustrophobic with low seating that isn't suitable for adults. A large white patch on the ceiling felt a bit off, and the lack of any decent furnishings was disappointing. No TV in the rooms was a letdown, especially for travelers who enjoy a bit of entertainment at night. In a nutshell, it's functional, but not quite what you'd hope for if you're planning a getaway.
